Modification of Terms
From time to time, we may modify our Terms and Conditions. Such modifications will be effective on the date that we post the modified terms and conditions on our website.
Representation of Goods
We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent correctly the products available. As it is our policy to continually improve products, methods and materials, we reserve the right to change specifications from time to time. We will not make any significant variations without your agreement. Goods sold at discount prices as remnants or as substandard stock will be identified and will be stated to be sold as such. Whilst every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical to supplied goods. If you feel that a product description or picture is inaccurate or misleading, then please let us know and we will do our best to correct it.
Summary of Rights and Remedies According to The Sale of Goods Act 1979
Buyers are entitled to goods of satisfactory quality, taking account of any description, the price and other relevant circumstances. If an item has a fault that is present at the time of sale (sometimes referred to as an "inherent" fault), the consumer can complain once it is discovered.
Payment
When placing orders on our website payments can be made with major credit and debit cards (i.e. visa, mastercard etc.). In the event that your debit or credit card payment is refused by your card issuer for whatever reason we may reject your order or invoice. If you represent an organisation or would rather be invoiced for goods we need to approve this request before any order can be processed, so please email us with your request, order number, contact details and any references that will ensure payments are made within the agreed payment conditions. Using this method of ordering, payments will be made within 7 days of invoice date.
Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Returns Policy
Should you decide to return goods ordered, unfortunately you may be charged 15% of the item/s value for restocking unless agreed in advance with our staff. Personalised items and made to order foam cannot be returned. The postage is non-refundable, we take time to inform customers on any potential delay and supplier issues, we expect returns to be submitted under the grounds of: damage, incorrect sizing.
Complaints Procedure
Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. We will do this by monitoring all complaints and suggestions to help us identify what is going wrong and how we can improve. If you feel you have a complaint then please contact our team (click here). You will be informed within 5 working days of our reply to your complaint. We will explain what actions we intend to take to resolve the complaint.
